Refunds may be available for the following Talent Height services and memberships. Not all payments on Talent Height services and memberships are refundable. See below for details.
Talent Height membership & Advertisement money refunds
Refunds are not available for partially-used Annual Plans. If you purchased an Annual Plan, and need to cancel it, your premium account and end your membership. If you want to report a fraudulent transaction, file a claim contact.

You may cancel a Talent Height paid membership at any time. Once you cancel, you will not be charged again, and your benefits will continue until the end of the billing cycle. You Membership will be canceled all premium features will be
Movie & show refunds
If you’re experiencing issues playing a movie or TV show that you’ve purchased.
If you haven't watched your show or movie, you can request a refund within 7 business days of the purchase.
On your Android device:
- Open the Talent Height app, and select your profile picture.
- Tap Purchases and memberships Purchases.
- Tap the 3-dot menu next to the item you would like refunded.
- Tap “Problem with a purchase?” Confirm.
If your refund is approved, you will get a confirmation on the next screen. If you are not able to request a refund directly from this page, and if the movie or show you rented or purchased is:
- Doesn't perform as stated
You can get in touch with our support team to request a refund.
If a refund request is granted, we'll remove access to the content and your money will be returned within the refund to your talent height wallet after money will be added you can send a request for withdrawing at any time.
We do not offer a money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
After 7 days, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first one weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.
